Dave Werbowski has over 35 years of experience in the electronic security & life safety industry. Prior to starting Redline Integration, Dave was the President of another electronic security integrator located in the Northwest. Dave is a father of 3 to Keli, Melony and John, and a Grandfather of 3, Taylor, Harper, and Alexa. In his off time (which rarely occurs) Dave enjoys Nascar, cleaning cars, and Nascar.

Thorean brings a wealth of knowledge and is an extremely valuable part of Redline Integration. With years of experience in all aspects of the security industry, Thorean continues to challenge himself on learning even more! Thorean brings not only the technical side to the table but you'll also see him in the field pulling cable, mounting cameras, installing electrified lock hardware, configuring cameras, etc. You name it and the challenge is well taken by Mr. Desmontaignes. During his free time Thorean is a master chef, ultimate frisbee golfer, and beer brewing expert.

Office Manager
Keli is our office pitbull. Handling everything from AP, AR to scheduling and vendors, Keli is a force to be reckoned with. Keli displays exceptional customer service skills and makes it a priority that all Redline clients are met with the utmost service. Keli comes from the banking background and with that comes extreme attention to detail to all of Redlines numbers and figures. A pivotal asset to Redline you will typically find Keli in front of a computer, on a call with a client, or planning the next client appreciation event. In her down time, Keli is an amazing mother to her daughters Harper and Taylor, who are both active with school, girl scouts, choir, gymnastics and much more!
